We want you to be happy with QR Maker. If you are not, we make it easy to get your money back.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to any paid plan and are not satisfied, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
This applies to both monthly and annual plans on your first purchase of that plan.
After 7 Days
Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will consider refunds when:
- There is a documented technical issue on our side that we could not resolve
- You were charged twice or in error
- Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion
Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not automatically refunded. If you forget to cancel before a renewal, contact us promptly — we will assess the situation fairly.
Non-Refundable Items
- Promotional or discounted plan purchases (unless within the 7-day window)
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Billing. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your QR codes remain accessible during this time.
After the period ends, dynamic QRs are paused (not deleted). Reactivate at any time by subscribing again.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@qr-maker.io with your account email and, optionally, the reason for your request. We process refunds within 5 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
